Sponsorship Opportunities
The Organizing VIMF  invites your company to join other industry leaders to be a sponsor of our events. The following sponsorship opportunities will provide your company with an exceptional level of exposure for your products and services. We can also work with your company to tailor our sponsorship packages to maximize the value of the sponsorship to your circumstances.

Platinum Sponsors will have the following:

• Co-sponsoring Gala Dinner reception on the evening of opening ceremony date for exhibitors and delegates
• Recognition in the show guide and Vietnam Industrial Guide advertisements promoting the reception
• Company’s logo on the show guide cover and welcome reception invitations
• Recognition on website

Sole Sponsorship:

Appropriate signage for the buffet party prior to the reception and your Company logo on all appropriate signage around the event.

Wifi – Marketing :

Opportunity to sponsor the Wifi Marketing for the duration of the exhibition through signage, posters and screen savers on each screen as well as wifi for the whole exhibition area.

Lanyard Sponsor

Show your support by sponsoring the official Lanyard!  Each attendee & exhibitor will receive this item during registration and will wear it throughout the duration of the event.

Sponsorship includes listing as an overall in both digitally and in print communications, sponsor logo on at least 1000 lanyards which will be distributed onsite during badge pick-up and any extra lanyards will be given to the sponsor at end of show

Registration Area:

Recognition on Invitation Letter, Onsite – banner signage and plus any leaflets, clothes, pens etc. provided by sponsor to be distributed in registration area, subject to approval.

Delegate Bags:

The application of the company logos on the exhibition bags, available on an exclusive or multi-sponsorship basis. Bags will be distributed to Delegates and VIP.

Coffee Breaks:

Signage relating to the 2 coffee breaks per day for conference delegates, covering the 3 day show event.

Item Sponsorship

Companies can supply approximately 500 suitable branded items to be distributed to each VIP/Delegate e.g. umbrellas, note pads, pens etc.

Literature Stands:

Company brochures/catalogues can be distributed on literature stands at the main entrances to the halls or at OMG booth.
